Feb 15, · I'm not sure if that has something to do with it or not, but the mods I've newly subscribed to do not show up in the CK2 launcher, which they usually would. Even the steam browser says its downloaded the mods.. I'm puzzled still. I'm not a person that is incapable of installing mods, I do it alot, I know my way around a computer. Workshop mods not downloading at all. I have an issue when I subscribe a mod from Workshop it doesn't initiate the download. If it does initiate it, it shows up in downloads but doesn't progress at all. If I restart Steam the download is gone and nothing happens. I have created 'mod' directory into my /documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings.

It differs a little from game to game in my understanding. Crusader kings 2 places it not under the game in the steam folder, but rather in the paradox interactive folder - Crusader kings 2 - Mods But generally i would think it places mods in the games mod ck2 steam mods not downloading Steam - Steamapps - common now you see a list of your downloaded steam games, and within the games folder should exist a folder called mods.
