J Jessie Verified Reviewer. Tone is more effective than Ultimate Body. I went about a year and a half between the two rounds of Ultimate Body. Being a bit bummed out about the results from Ultimate as far as weight and composition went, I tried Tone.
Tone has been such a better fit for me. Don't get me wrong, Ultimate was great for cardio and endurance, but Tone has been way better for weight and composition changes. One kind of unfortunate thing about Tone is the workouts tend to be repetitive.
All workouts week to week have essentially the same exercises. I would think there could be a bit more creativity behind that considering all the info out there about workouts. But alas, after 6 months of being pretty consistent with the different Body Boss workouts, I have finally lost 6 pounds, and feel bodyboss method free pdf download stronger and a little leaner and haven't changed my diet really. I was only looking to lose pounds which is tough to lose the last 10 anyways!
